The D-8 International University is pleased to inform faculty members, researchers, and students about an upcoming international webinar titled “Applications of Artificial Intelligence Techniques in Water Resources Management”, organized under the auspices of UNESCO.

The webinar will be held on December 15, 2025, from 13:00 to 15:30 (Bangkok Time), bringing together leading academic and research institutions from Asia and beyond. The event is jointly organized by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) in collaboration with K-Water, Kyoto University (Japan), Korea University, Dong-A University (Republic of Korea), Mahidol University, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, and Chulalongkorn University.

According to an official communication circulated by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan, the UNESCO Office in Pakistan has encouraged the wide dissemination of this academic opportunity to ensure the participation of faculty and students from higher education institutions.

The webinar aims to explore innovative applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in the field of water resources management, highlighting advanced analytical tools, smart decision-making systems, and interdisciplinary approaches to addressing contemporary water challenges.
