USB and D-8IU Sign Strategic Agreements to Enhance International Academic Cooperation

The University of Sistan and Baluchestan (USB) and D-8 International University (D-8IU) have signed a series of cooperation agreements, officially launching the International Bridge Initiative, aimed at enhancing international academic collaboration and innovation.
Through a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), the agreements set a framework for cooperation in several key areas:

• Student and Faculty Exchange
• Joint Research Projects
• Joint and Dual Degree Programs
• International Workshops and Courses
• Joint Graduate Programs

The signing ceremony was attended by senior management from both universities.
From USB, the delegation included Chancellor Prof. Rezaei, Prof. Yaghubi (Deputy for Research and Technology), Dr. Khalilipour (Director of International Affairs), Dr. Asadi (Deputy of the International Office), and other attendees.
Representing D-8IU were Chancellor Prof. Sarikhani and Mr. Milad Saki, Head of Public and International Affairs.
Both sides emphasized the strong potential within USB’s academic and research ecosystem and expressed their shared commitment to fostering sustainable international cooperation.
After the ceremony, the D-8IU delegation visited USB’s research laboratories, innovation and incubation centers, and other facilities, marking the beginning of a productive partnership built on shared vision and academic collaboration.
