D-8 International University offers this program at PhD level which, as an interdisciplinary program, trains students in the necessary methods and modes of thinking for understanding and getting actively involved in the analysis of legal and public judicial policy affairs. As an offspring of Liberal Arts, this program offers students the necessary tools of analysis in Social Sciences, Law, and other fields of Humanities necessary in understanding the essence of public policy affairs. The goal of the program is to study the effects and role of law and judiciary systems in the development and preservation of human societies.
